Another of our green spaces is potentially going to be taken away from Richmond Borough communities, this time not by an unviable Royal licence, but by a Royal boat! The proposed site, just outside Marble Hill house is a hub of the community, pop down there on a Saturday morning in the summer and you will find children playing in the play park, families kicking balls around on the green, parents chatting over a coffee whilst watching their kids play, dogs milling around and walkers and cyclists passing through on their journeys to and from Richmond. How many of these people will get anything from a Royal boat we wonder?
Our AGM is all set for Tuesday 9th September 2014. With huge thanks to Richmond Council for loaning us a venue. We look forward to seeing all our members.

APDW have raised a petition asking all UK Councils and Authorities to stop setting DCO’s restricting owners & professional dog walkers to walking less than 6 dogs. We encourage and welcome regulation, but it needs to be at a reasonable level. 6 Dogs is the recommended max by DEFRA. Restrictive DCO’s & Licenses are having a detrimental effect on 1000’s of dogs. Help us protect our dogs by signing our petition today please
Richmond Council is planning a Dog Fouling Awareness Campaign 8-18th October. A subject close to our hearts, we have offered a helping hand…… excellent, positive, educational idea.
We are delighted that Marble Hill Park, English Heritage, have welcomed us in to help keep this wonderful park clean and a beautiful place to walk and play. Will keep you posted on this one…
